Longevity is about function over time, and extending what you do in your practices to apply to your whole-of-life patterns. Monthly check-ins are a unique aspect of our Joy membership. Check-ins help you listen to what is already unfolding inside and build the structure needed for lasting change. Grounded in coaching psychology and the Self-Emergence Framework, this process honors your body, your story, and your own becoming.

Self-Emergence Framework: Where Self-Reflection Meets Embodiment

Lasting change happens when self-reflection and embodied practice work together—when the mind’s insights are met with the body’s experience.

In our check-ins, we clarify where you are now, where you want to be, and what is within your control—building agency, confidence, and deepened awareness. But without shifting the body’s patterns, transformation can become a battle of willpower, disconnected from lived experience.

Longevity Coaching bridges this gap. As bodily patterns shift, they reinforce mental and emotional growth, allowing alignment to be felt, inhabited, and sustained.

Longevity Coaching check-ins are included in our monthly membership— they don’t accumulate unless you make previous arrangements. As soon as your membership is live, you’ll be able to schedule your sessions (at no extra cost). They are also available as add-ons for non-monthly members. Sessions are 30 minutes by phone and can be scheduled at your convenience using the appointment calendar below.
