    Stability Flow

This one starts in a hang, which is always fun. We stay focused on the feet and legs from there. I love this sequence when I only have 20 minutes.

    Slow Flow (22 min)

This is a nice sequence that only takes 20 minutes. It puts together some of the down dog practices, then some of the warriors, and finishes with supported bridge. Enjoy!

    Fluency Flow

Have fun with this one— we start with hands and knees, then dog variations, hangs, supported bridge, and then a forward fold. Reach out if you have any questions ♡.

    Supported Bridge (Backbending)

Click on this one to practice supported bridge which is part of our longevity practice. It’s also the antidote to sitting all day.

    Setting the Foundation

This is a short sequence you can use to work on building up your down dog. Dog is a super challenging pose when all of your weight is pouring into your hands. We do lots of work to substantiate the lower body in our practice, and dogs are one of the main ones.
