Yoga

We use yoga to learn how to fit ourselves. Not just in terms of flexibility or stamina but in terms of alignment, both internally and externally. We use yoga to self-organize— using a framework of metaphor, repetition, and geometry to better house the spirit, to be well-adjusted, and to be in a body in a way that supports longevity and joy.

Longevity

Longevity is an important part of why and how we practice yoga, but longevity is not simply about the length of a life, but rather how a well-seasoned life includes the open fields of our body, mind, and spirit. Monthly longevity check-ins are included in our membership, and help you get more bang for your buck and bridge the gap between the practices on the mat and the practices in our lives.

Workshops

Being in a communal experience— belonging in an embodied way, ensures that we don’t fall into the habits and traps of the personal that keep us in our ruts. Workshops, study groups, teacher trainings, and other events allow us to share space, values, and knowledge creation with others.

A Community.

This is a space to move, create, and gather, where values and knowledge are the destination. Where, we develop a new kind of belonging—an embodied one. Where instead of being transactional it is transformational. Where mental health and physical health are not separate. A place where bodies and ideas are in conversation—where the framework of practice scaffolds both the personal and the collective.
